Shipping policy

Delivery Details


Normal trading period shipping costs & delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping cost of R230 are applied to all the oders.
  • Delivery charges are based on standard shipping costs from Courier Guy.


Delivery Times:

 

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
  • Cyclo DNA deliveries will be done 3-5 business days after date of order.
  • Cyclo DNA uses the services of The Courier Guy for the delivery of all online orders. We can ship to any physical address but unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. 


Undeliverable Packages/Double Delivery

  • The parcels will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to reschedule delivery.
  • Note that you will be charged again for delivery.
  • Please ensure that you give the correct delivery details on your order and ensure someone responsible is there to sign and receive your order.
  • Cyclo DNA will not be held responsible whatsoever for missing parcels, should parcels be signed for at the delivery address provided.


Extended Delivery Times

  • If there is a product that requires an extended delivery time, we will notify you telephonically.
  • All items with extended delivery times are shipped, with your approval, as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.


Order Collections

  • If you would like to return or exchange your order. Please contact us at cyclodna@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your request. 
  • Online orders can also be exchanged or returned at any of our store.
  • You will receive a printable waybill that needs to be signed and attached to your parcel. This process protects our customers against any lost parcels.
  • The parcel will be delivered back to Cyclo DNA.
  • Your new order will be processed and dispatched, or a refund will be processed depending on your request.
